About Us
Welcome to Shirleys
In 2019 we opened Shirley’s Submarine Sandwiches and fought our way through the crisis. We have attached great importance to the slow but natural growth of our sandwich shop. Find out more about us and our products here.
Quality
Our quality is made up of our invested time.
Early in the morning, when you’re still rubbing the sleep out of your eyes, we’re already on our way. We buy our products ourselves every day.
But why every day?
We can get an idea of the quality on site.
We only buy products that we believe in and would eat ourselves. We don’t want a large inventory. In this way we avoid, among other things, an overlapping of our products.
We just like to do it 🙂
freshness
No finished product, no mass production and no ripping open a bag!!
Our sandwich breads are handcrafted for us by a family business in Cologne.
Our soups are freshly chopped daily.
Whether carrots, celery, small or large potatoes, nothing is safe from us. After research, 850kg of carrots ended up successfully in our pot in 2022. Our salads, meatballs and bagels have been put together for you in many test versions and are freshly prepared every day.

Every sandwich, every bagel and every salad is freshly put together for you. This means that every customer has the option of omitting or adding products.

The deeds are getting bigger, the CO2 footprint smaller
In addition to glass bottles, the Vytal reusable system and recycled disposable packaging, we want to do without receipts.
However, this is only possible with your help
From now on we have the digital receipt, i.e. the scanner code is available to you immediately after payment with the complete transaction.
If you need your receipt in paper form, this is of course still possible.
